Community and non-profit business groups can reserve the space by the hour, or book the full day for $350.
Private individual events and business groups can reserve by the hour, or book the full day for $525.
Additional time after the reservation ends is billed per 30 minutes, so hosts can plan the schedule clearly.
Full-day rentals are $350 for non-profit groups and $525 for private or business events. Your reservation is confirmed once the usage fee is received.

Heather handles the cooking in-house through The Gathering Hub's State of Michigan licensed food facility. Trevor helps with setup, cleanup, and bar service, but the kitchen is Heather's licensed food facility.
Room setup, cleanup, trash removal, tables, chairs, black linen tablecloths, service ware, Wi-Fi, video display, and a superior sound system are included.
The space can comfortably seat up to 100 guests.
The Gathering Hub is available every day from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Outside food may be approved by request. The Gathering Hub also offers appetizers, breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, custom cakes and cookies, beverages, and cocktail options.
Yes. The Gathering Hub can do celebratory and customizable cakes and cookies, including direct food printing from JPEG artwork on cakes, cookies, and other food items.
Reservations are confirmed when the usage fee is received. The usage fee is returned if cancellation is made at least two weeks before the event.
Decorations are welcome when they follow fire safety guidelines. Wall or ceiling attachments need approval, and confetti or similar items are not allowed.
